John is a certified gemologist and has many years experience with diamonds and jewelry. Ashley Hancock is married to John. Ashley is an integral part of Hancock Jewelers. Together, John and Ashley have created a business that adheres to strict standards of integrity and professionalism.

With an emphasis on quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction, John and Ashley have overseen constant growth for Hancock Jewelers and are always looking for new ways to provide products and service to meet the needs of customers.
